AVPA is pleased to inform you that we have officially opened the “Chocolates Processed at Origin” contest. The samples are expected to be received before the 2nd of May 2022, and the results will be announced in June.

The procedure remains the same as last year and is marked by a tasting in two phases (technical jury + gastronomic jury) and an organization of samples received by categories, which allows each taste family to find its right place.
